Creativity in Therapy

Being creative is being open to try and experience with art, color, writing, playing, dancing, performing, yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

Professionals who studied the Neuroscience come to a conclusion that, art, in all its kinds and forms, can help in reconnect the brain in ways that is therapeutic and helpful for some clients.

When working with my clients, as an integrative therapist, I offer creativity where it fits in the therapy.
